A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING A RELEASE OF SURETY TO POST
BUCKLEY, SCHUH & JE~IGAN, (TORCIVIA
PROPERTY) IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,500.00;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach
has previously accepted a check No. 1202096, issued 4/5/94 by
NationsBank in the amount of $2,500.00 as surety for the
clearing and grubbing operation at a parcel of land situated
along the north side of Lakeside Harbor Drive, east end of
roadway, to guarantee the abatement of confined emissions; and
WHEREAS, staff has advised that all necessary conditions
have been-satisfied and final inspection was had on June 2,
1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby approves the release of surety
submitted by Post, Bucktey, Schuh & Jernigan, issued by
NationsBank in the amount of $2,500.00.
