A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, RATIFYING THE ACTION TAKEN
BY THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL
BOARD ON SEPTEMBER 22, 1994,
APPROVING PROPOSAL A ORGANIZATION
WITH MODIFICATION THAT LEGAL COUNCIL
BE SHOWN DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE TO THE
BOARD AND CONSULTANTS, ENGINEERS AND
AUDITORS BE RESPONSIBLE TO THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR; APPROVING THE
POSITION OF SECRETARY BE CHANGED TO
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I AND
BOOKKEEPER ASSISTANT BE CHANGED TO
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHERRAS, The South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment
& Disposal Board (SCRWTDB) requests ratification of the action
taken by the Board on September 22, 1994, approving Proposal
A Organization with modification that legal council be shown
directly responsible to the Board and Consultants, Engineers
and Auditors be responsible to the Executive Director;
approving the position of Secretary be changed to
Administrative Assistant I and Bookkeeper Assistant be changed
to Administrative Assistant II.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Se~ The-City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, does hereby ratify the actions taken by the
South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment & Disposal Board
on September 22, 1994, approving Proposal A Organization with
modification that legal council be shown directly responsible
to the Board and Consultants, Engineers and Auditors be
responsible to the Executive Director; approving the position
of Secretary be changed to Administrative Assistant I and
Bookkeeper Assistant be changed to Administrative Assistant

immediately upon passage.

ACTION OF SEPTEMBER 22, 1994
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Board did
on September 22, 1994, by a vote of 7-3, approve Proposal ,4 Organ/zat/on w/th
mod/f/cat/on that legal Counc// be shown d/rect/y responsible to the Board and
Consu/tants, Engineers, and ,4ual~tots be responsible to the Executive D/rector. The
Pos/t/on shown as Secretary be changed to ,4dministrat/ve ,4ssistant / and Bookkeeper

WHEREAS, said Board action requires ratification by the City of Boynton Beach and
the City of Delray Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Boynton and the City of Delray Beach hereby ratify
said Board action independently.
The above action is hereby ratified in open session by the City of Boynton Beach this
