01.04.02 - CMLT Meetings CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY MANUAL CHAPTER: 01 Administration Policy No. 01.04.02 SECTION: 04 Administrative Organization Page: 1 of 1 SUBJECT: 02 CMLT Meetings The City Management Leadership Team (CMLT) consists of the following: City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Public Affairs Director, City Attorney, Police Chief, Fire Chief, Director of Development, Director of Public Works, Director of Finance, Director of Human Resource and Director of Utilities. CMLT meets every Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. in Conference Room B. Attendance at CMLT is mandatory. If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, i.e. sick, vacation, or conference you are responsible for sending your immediate or appointed supervisor to participate and take appropriate notes. The purpose of CMLT meetings can be briefly outlined as follows: • To make each other aware of major action and functions your respective department is undertaking • To review, assess and/or write/rewrite rules and procedures governing the general operation of the City • To review the City Commission Agenda • To communicate any feelings you may wish to discuss regarding City operations/management In addition to CMLT meetings being mandatory, pre-agenda meetings are mandatory as well. Pre-agenda meetings are held the Friday prior to a City Commission Meeting at 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers. City Commission Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers.
