13 WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has d~ermined that it is in the best interests of

14 the citizens and residents of the City to appoint a,seven member Board of Commissioners of the
15 Community Redevelopment Agency in lieu,6f the City Commission providing governance of
16 the Agency; and
17 WHEREAS, the City COl)rmission has selected seven (7) individuals for appointment
18 o the Community Redevelopjrient Agency Board; and

19 WHEREAS, FI9flda Statute 9163.356 requires appointment and designation of terms
/
20 of office to be by o~0inance.
