4 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
5 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
6 TWO (2) ADDITIONAL MEMBERS TO THE BOYNTON
7 BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT BOARD,
8 ESTABLISHING TERMS OF APPOINTMENT, AND AN
9 EFFECTIVE DATE.

12 WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has determined that it is in the best interests of
13 the citizens and residents of the City to appoint two additional members to the Board of
14 Commissioners of the Community Redevelopment Agency; and
15 WHEREAS, the City Commission has selected two (2) individuals for appointment to
16 the Community Redevelopment Agency Board; and
17 WHEREAS, Florida Statute 9163.356 requires appointment and designation of terms
18 of office to be by ordinance.
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
20 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
21 Section 1. That the foregoing "WHEREAS" clause is true and correct and hereby
22 ratified and confirmed by the City Commission.
23 Section 2. The following individuals are hereby appointed to service on the Board of
24 the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency for the term of office indicated next to
25 their name:
