Orders & Minutes PURPOSE The purpose of this policy is to establish procedures for compliance in sending out lien modification orders to the City Commission. 1. The Code Compliance Department
will forward all lien modification orders along with minutes of the Code Compliance Board’s meeting to the City Clerk electronically. 2. The City Clerk will make one hard copy of these
documents to keep in their office for viewing and will send an electronic copy to all City Commission members and to the City Manager’s office. 3. City Clerk to establish a Laserfiche
