AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, A~NDING ORDINANCE NO. 80-19 OF
SAID CITY BY REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF
LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER
FROM C-4 GENERAL CO~MERCIAL TO R-1AA, SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS
CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 80-19 in which a
revised zoning map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, an application has been received to amend said zon-
ing map and to rezone certain property within the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Boyntor
~Beach, Florida has reviewed said application and recommended its
approval thereof by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best interest
of the inhabitants of the City to amend the aforesaid revised
zoning map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following described land located in the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
Parcel D, Plat of Tenth Section, Palm Beach
Leisureville, Sections 29 and 32, Township
45 South, Range 43 East, as recorded in Plat
Book 30, Page 132, Public-Records of Palm
Beach County
be and the same is hereby rezoned from C-4 General Commercial to
R-1AA Single Family Residential.
Section 2. The aforesaid revised zoning map of the City
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 3. That should any section or provision of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof be declared by a court of com-
petent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect
the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 4. Ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
