AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING APPENDIX A (ZONING REGULA-
TIONS) SECTION 6, COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
REGULATIONS AI~ USE PROVISIONS OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
SECTIO~ 6(C) A~ND 6(D) OF SAID CODE,
BY PROVIDING nOR THE ADDITION AND
TRANSFER OF CERTAIN USES OF THE "C-2"
(NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS)
AND "C-3" (CO~IUNITY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT) FROM THE "C-4" (GENERAL
COMb~RCIAL DISTRICT) OF THE CITY;
REPEALING ALL OP~INANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE;
AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW THEREFORE, BE AND IT HEREBY IS ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Appendix A (Zoning Regulation) of the Code of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, Section 6-B-1 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Uses permitted. Within any neighborhood commercial
district, no building, structure, land or water shall
be used within one or more multipurpose buildings not
to exceed ten (10) units in a principal building except
for one or more of the following or similar uses:
a. Any use permitted in C-1 district.
b. Bakery shops.
c. Beer and wine sales for off-premises consumption.
d. Camera sales and service.
e. Catering service.
f. Confectionery shop (including fountain).
g. Dress shop.
h. Drugstore.
i. Garden supply store.
Hardware store ]
Laundromat and/or dry cleaning pickup.
1. Meat and grocery store (neighborhood only).
m. Notions.
n. Personal service establishments.
o. Pet shops (no outside kennel use).
p. Restaurants (excluding drive-ins).
Retail sale of auto parts for use and installation

to read as follows:
