AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 12 FIRE PROTECTION
SECTION 12-18 BY REPEALING SAID SEC-
TION TO ELI~MINATE FIRE DISTRICTS
W~THIN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING A SAV-
INGS CLAUSE; AUTHORITY TO CODIFY;
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
NOW THEREFORE, BE AND IT HEREBY IS ORDAINED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Chapter 12, Fire Prevention of the Code of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, Section 12-18 Fire Districts
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That should any section or provision of
this ordinance or any portion thereof, any paragraph· sentence
or word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of this
ordinance.
Section 4.
