AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, A~NDING ORDINANCE NL%{BER 78-2
OF SAID CITY BY PROVIDING THAT NO CON-
STRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION OR NAJOR REPAIR
SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON A RECREATIONAL
VEHICLE, BOAT AND/OR BOAT TRAILER IN A
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT OF THE CITY, PROVIDING
FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE; REPEALING PROVISION;
AN EFFECTIVE DATE A~CD FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida has determined than it is contrary to the public health,
~elfare and safety to allow the construction, reconstruction or
major repair of recreation vehicles, boats and/or boat trailers
in residential districts
NOW, THEREFORE,

above-mentioned constructionl, reconstru'~tion or ma~or repair on
~he effective day of this Ordinance, they shall have 30 days to
finish said activity or remove said recreational vehicle, boat
nd/or boat trlaler from the private, resldentzally zoned arem
of the City. i Failure to do s~ will subject the offending party
to the provisions of this Ordinance..
Section 2. Each of the provisions of this Ordinance
is separable, including word, clause, phrase or a sentence, and
if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining
portions shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 3. Ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. The effective date of this Ordinance shall
be effective in the manner and time provided by law.
