AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, CORRECTING BY AMENDING
CHAPTER 30B, ARTICLE I, SECTION 30B-4, G (INCOR-
RECTLY IDENTIFIED AS "C" IN ORDINANCE 80-10)
ENTITLED "WATER AND SEWER, CAPITAL FACILITIES
CHARGES AND CONNECTION CHARGES,', BY PROVIDING
FOR CHANGES IN COLUMN A AND BY AMENDING A
PORTION OF SECTION 30B-4, H IN REGARD TO PAYME!qT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Chapter 30-B of the Codified Ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, concerning Utility Systems
be amended to read as follows: "ARTICLE I, Section 30B-4, G"
(incorrectly identified as "C" in Ordinance 80-10) "WATER AND
SEWER, CAPITAL FACILITIES CHARGES AND CONNECTION CHARGES."

Section 2: That Chapter 30-B of the Codified Ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida concerning Utility Systems
be amended in Section 30B-4, H to delete the last sentence and
add, "The increased charge imposed by this subsection shall be
due and payable when the building permit for the activity
causing the increased charge is issued."
Section 3: This Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
