AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 76-19
AS AMENDED BY ADDING A NEW SECTION TO
SECTION 11 THEREOF (SUPPLEMENTAL REGU-
LATIONS) A FEE SCHEDULE FOR SITE PLAN
REVIEW, PROVIDING FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN EFFECTIVE DATE
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida has determined that it is necessary to establish a system
of uniform fees to defray the administrative costs of processing
site plan applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance 76-19, as amended, (Appendix
A Section 11 Supplemental Regulations) is amended by adding theret~
a new Section 11 A 11 which shall read as follows:
Ail applicants submitting an application for site
plan review shall be required to pay the following
fees at such time as said application is submitted
to the City for review:
1. For applications involving construction costs
of $100,000 or greater and/or requiring TRB
review: $200.00.
2. For applications involving construction costs
of less than $100,000 and not requiring TRB
review: .1% (.001) of the estimated complete
cost of improvements or $10.00 whichever
amount is greater.
Section 2. That should any section or provisions of this
Ordinance or any portion thereof be declared by a Court of com-
petent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect
the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 3. Ail ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately upon its passage.
