AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 79-26 TO
PROVIDE FOR AN AMENDED ESTIMATE OF REVENUE
AND EXPENSES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1979 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1980.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, an appropriations ordinance, being Ordinance 79-26,
was heretofore passed and adopted by the ,City Council of said City~
adopting a budget showing revenue of the City from all sources and

the estimated expenditures to the various purposes for the ensuing
fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Ordinance
No. 79-26, the City of Boynton Beach had unappropriated Federal
Revenue Sharing in the amount of $32,238.00 in the form of Anti-
recession Fiscal Assistance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City deems it essential
to appropriate the said amount of $32,238.00 to various department:
as hereinafter provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the estimated revenue of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby increased by
the amount of $32,238.00 received from the said Antirecession
Fiscal Assistance Program of the Federal Government.
Section 2: That the said $32,238.00 is hereby appro~
priated to be expended, a copy of said appropriations being attach-
ed hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 3: That this Ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
First reading this 18th day of March, 1980.
