CLAUSE, REPEAT.TNG PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

Section 1. Section 5~2, Subsection 825.3 (Schedule of Permit Fees)
~f the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be amended
to read as follows:
The ~ Fee for any permit issued shall be $10,00.
IN 'ADDITION:
Fees shall be double for any work commenced without a Permit.
Re-Inspection fees shall be $10.00.
RESIDENTIAL
Central Heating and Air Conditioning systems shall be $2.00 per
100 square foot of Air-Conditioned space or portion thereof.
Additions to existing residences or units shall be $2.50 per 100

For replacement of each condensor, compressor, vent, or similar
applicance or appurtenance,

Piping up to 2 inches shall be fee'd at $1.00 per 100 feet
Boilers of 35,000 to 100,000 BTU' s shall be $10.00
Boilers of 100,000 to 300,000 BTU' s shall be $15.00
Builers over 300,000 BTU' s shall be $25.00
For each and every Condensate Dry Well $ 3.00
For each Condensate Connection to a Storm Sewer $ 3.00
Duct Work - For each and every drop, return, condensate drain,
pan & drain, plen~n, air or exhaust vent, smo~ke or fire
damper, $ 2.00
Section 2. A3~thority to Codify: Specific authority is hereby
granted to codify and incorporate this ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 3. Separability: Each of the provisions of this ordinance
is separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion
thereof shall be declsred invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. ~provision:

Section 5. An 'Effective Date: This ordinance shall bec~mm effective
in the manner and at the time provided by law.
