AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 9-36. (SCHEDULE OF
PERMIT FEES)., OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA_, PROVID-
ING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISION,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT OP~AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 9-36 (Schedule of Permit Fees) of
the Codified Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
be amended to read as' follows:
ELECTRIEAL PERMIT FEE' SEHEDULE
ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION
The master electrical permit fee for a SINGLE BUILDING (as
per sp'ecilfications & plans) shall be as follows:

of individual units, the oermit fee' Shall be 1/2 of the above schedule.
The subsequent permit fees £or individual units shall conform with the
original sChedule.
For every ampere over 2000 an additional charge will be computed as
follows:
$20.00 for each 100 amps above 2000 single phase.
$30.00 for each 100 ~Vs above 2000 if 240V30.
$40.00 for each 100 amps above. 2000 if 480V3~,

be $15.00 per tenancy (1 to 10 outlets). For
every outlet over 10, an additional $1.00 per
outlet shall be charged in'addition to the
minlmmn permit.
Residential- minimum electric permit for residential will
be $I0.00 per tenancy (1 to !0 outlets). For
every outlet over 10 an additional $0.50 per
outlet shall be charged in addition to the
minimu~ permit.

Section 2. Authority t.o Codify: Specific authority is hereby
granted to codify and incorporate this ordinance in the City's existing Code.
Section 3~ Separabilit~f~: Each of the provisions of this ordinance
zs separable~ including word, clause, p~rase or sentence, and if any portion
thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected
but shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. Re.~,pealing Provision-. . All ordinances or parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. An Effective Date: .This ordinance shall becc~ effec-
tive in the manner and at the time provided by law.
