I~! WHEREAS, staff is proposing amendment to the Land Development Regulations
, (LDR) to allow bars and nightclubs as conditional uses on properties located within

I~; internal consistency (with other similar mixed-use zoning districts) and further business

2Pi WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach deems it to be in i

2~i the best interest of the citizens and residents of the City to amend the Land Development
