AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 17-42.1 BY~RE-
SA!D~P~iN~CE i~4ICH PROVIDES
ADOPTING .....
THAT IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON
TO COMMIT WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON A, ANY ACT
WHICH IS OR SHALL BY THE
STATE OF FLORIDA AS A MI PRO-
VIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE, AN EFFECTIVE
DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to commit
within the corporate limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
any act which is or shall be recognized by the laws of the State
of Florida as a misdemeanor, and the commission of such acts is
hereby forbidden and declared a violation of this section. Who-
soever shall violate the provisions of this section, upon c
thereof, shall be punished by the same penalty as is therefor pro-
vided by the laws of the State of Florida, but in no case shall
such penalty exceed a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) or
a term of imprisonment not in excess of six (6) months, or both
such fine and imprisonment.
Section 2. Each of the provisions of this Ordinance is
separable, including work, clause, phrase or sentence, and if
any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
~Section 3.
This Ordinance shall become effective in the
manner and at the time provided by law.
