AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-19 OF
SAID CITY BY REZONING PARCEL E ACCORDING
TO THE PLAT OF 10TH SECTION, PALM BEACH
LEISUREVILLE, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30
PAGES 129-141 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH; PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS
CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a
Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best
interests of the inhabitants of said City to amend the said
Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described property located in
the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, be and
the same is hereby rezoned as indicated
Parcel E aacording to the Plat of 10th Section, Palm
Beach Leisureville, recorded in Plat Book 30, Pages
129-141 inclusive, Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, City of Boynton Beach is hereby rezoned from
Zone C-1 to R-3.
Section 2: The said Revised Zoning Map of the City shall
be amended accordingly.
Section 3: Separabilitx: Each of the provisions of
this Ordinance is separable, including work, clause, phrase
or sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared
invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall
remain in full force and effect.
SeCtion 4: Repealing Provision: Ail Ordinances or parts
of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SectiOn 5: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and at the time provided bY law.
