AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, EXTENDING THE MUNICIPAL TERRITORIAL
LIMITS OF SAID CITY BY THE A]~NEXATION OF A
CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TRACT OF LAND LYING
CONTIGUOUS THERETO AND WITHIN PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: THAT PORTION OF
TRACTS 6 AND 7 LYING SOUTH OF THE SOUTH
RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD NO. S-804
AS SA~ IS RECORDED IN ROAD PLAT BOOK NO. 2,
AT PAGE 212 THROUGH 220; PUBLIC RECORDS OF
PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TRACTS 8 AND
25 LESS THE WESTERLY 250 FEET (AS MEASURED
ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID STATE ROAD S-804)
OF THE NORTHERLY 700 FEET (AS MEASURED ALONG
THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID TRACT 8 AND 25) OF
THAT PORTION OF SAID TRACTS LYING SOUTHERLY
OF THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD
NO. S-804; AND LESS THE WEST 25.0 FEET OF
SAID PORTION OF TRACT 25, AND TRACTS 26 AND
27; ALL SAID TRACTS BEING A PORTION' OF PALM
BEACH FARMS COMPANY PLAT NO. 8, RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 73, PUBLIC RECORDS

Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, hereby annexes the tract of land more particularly de-
secribed as follows:
That portion of Tracts 6 and 7 lying South
of the South Right-of-Way Line of State
Road No. S-804 as same is recorded in
Road Plat Book No. 2, at Page 217 through
220; Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, and Tracts 8 and 25 LESS the Westerly
250 Feet (as measured along the South line
of said State Road S-804) of the Northerly
700 feet (as measured along the Westerly
line of said Tract 8 and 25) of that portion
of said Tracts lying Southerly of the South
Right-of-Way Line of State Road No. S-804;
and LESS the West 25.0 feet of said portion
of Tract 25, AND Tracts 26 and 27; all said
Tracts being a portion of Palm Beach Farms Com-
pany P!lat No. 8, recorded in Plat Book 5, at
Page 7!3, Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida. Containing 17.7 acres, more or less.
to the municipal territorial limits of' the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida.
Section 2. That upon annexation, subject property shall be
zoned R-2 (single-and two-family dwelling district) in conjunction
with approved plan submitted by the owner, Hugh F. Culverhouse, as
Trustee.
Section 3. That the territorial boundaries of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, are hereby redefined so as to include the
above-described property.
Section 4. Ail Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. That should any section or provision of this
Ordinance, or any portion thereof, be declared by a Court of
competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not
effect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section 6. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
