AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, EXTENDING THE MUNICIPAL TEP~RITORIAL
LIMITS OF SAID CITY BY THE ANNEXATION OF A
CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TRACT OF LAND LYING
CONTIGUOUS THERETO AND WITHIN PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: THE WEST ONE-HALF
OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-.QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST
ONE-QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF
SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST
PA~MBEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, REDEFINING THE
BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO INCLUDESAID LAND;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING A
SAVINGS CLAUSE, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, hereby annexes the tract of land more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
The West one-half of the Southeast one-quarter
of the Southwest one-quarter of the Southeast
one-quarter of Section 1, Township 46 South,
Range 42 East, Palm Beach County, Florida,
to the municipal territorial limits of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida.
Section 2. That upon annexation, subject property shall be
zoned PUD with Land Use Intensity of 3.9 in conjunction with
approved plan submitted by owner, Sb~IT ASSOCIATES, LTD.
Section 3. That the territorial boundaries of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, are hereby redefined so as to include the
above-described property.
Section 4. Ail Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5. That should any section or provision ~of this
Ordinance, or any portion thereof, be declared by a Court of
competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not
effect the remainder of this Ordinance.
Section ,~o This Ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage~
