Mayor Harmening called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. and
announced it was a Special Meeting of the City Council called
in accordance with Section 56 of the City Charter of the City
of Boynton Beach to ratify Resolution No. 7-81 of the South
Central Regional Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Board
accepting the United States Environmental Protection Agency
Grant offer No. C-120406020.
Ratification of Board Resolution No. 7-81
Mr. deLong moved to ratify Resolution No. 7-81 of the South
Central Regional Wastewater Treatment & Disposal Board
accepting the United States Environmental Protection Agency
Grant offer No. C-120406020. Mr. Wright seconded the motion.
Motion carried 5-0.
