When housing is built, this is where the Housing Auth- ority comes in with screening people and checking the units. Goldberg added that a motion was made, seconded and passed to send the resolution to the City Council. She referred to Mr. Seaman,s statement that the City Council mem- bers can pass a resolution limiting powers and M~. How many more meetings, etc.? The need has been estab- lished long ago. How long will it take to do something for the City? Mr. Moore replied that he thought it should be done in one swoop. He thinks the decision should be made if they want a Housing Authority and ~o implement whatever steps are necessary. They must make the decision at one time and go forward with the whole thing.
