3 ; A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
4 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
5 COMMISSIONER MARLENE ROSS AS A
6 REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COALITION OF
7 BOYNTON WEST RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATIONS,
8 INC., (COBWRA) AND APPOINTING A CITY
9 MANAGER DESIGNEE AS ALTERNATE
10 REPRESENTATIVE TO THE COALITION OF
11 BOYNTON WEST RESIDENTIAL ASSOCIATIONS,
12 INC., (COBWRA); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
13 DATE.

16 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is entitled
171' to representation on the Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations, Inc.,
18( ( COBWRA); and
191 WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary for
201 such representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals such right
21' and honor of service.

2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
213 THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
2 Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed as
2 being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.

20 Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
27 appoints Commissioner Marlene Ross as a representative to the Coalition of Boynton West
Residential Associations, Inc., (COBWRA) and appoints A City Manager designee as
i alternate representative to the Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations, Inc.,
( COBWRA).
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage. i
