A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE FULL RELEASE OF TWO
PERFORMANCE BONDS ISSUED BY CONTINENTAL
CASUALTY COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF
$104,770.00 AND $26,750.00 AND NUMBERED
123-930-364 AND 123-930-350, RESPECTIVELY
TO NEWPORT PLACE, INC.; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, staff has verified completion of the required
infrastructure improvements associated wi~ the Stanford Park
plat and the Com~ietion of an improved 60 wide right-of-way
situated Qithin i~s 7 and 8;
WHEREAS, th~ City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, hereby
authorizes full release of the two performance bonds issued by
Continental casualty Company in the amount of $104,770 and
$26,750, numbered 123-930=364 and 123-930-350, respectively,
to Newport Place, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby authorizes full release of the two
performance bonds issued by Continental Casualty Company in
the amount of $104,770 and $26,750, numbered 123-930-364 and
123-930-350, respectively, to Newport Place, Inc.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
