A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT
BY CITY MANAGER J. SCOTT MILLER, OF
TAMBRI HEYDEN, DIRECTOR OF PLANNING AND
ZONING FOR THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA AT GRADE 39, STEP 1 OF THE PAY
PLAN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists for the position of
Director of Planning and Zoning for the City of Boynton Beach; and
WHEREAS, according to the Charter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida all officers of the City shall be appointed by the
City Manager, subject to the confirmation by the City Commission;
and
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has recommended that TAMBRI HEYDEN be appointed as
Director of Planning and Zoning for the City of Boynton Beach, at
Grade 39, Step 1 of the pay plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED BY TNE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida hereby approves and confirms the appointment of
TAMBRI HEYDEN, as Director of Planning and Zoning for the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, at Grade 39, Step 1 of the pay plan.
Section 2.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately
