R94-~J A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO EFFECT THE PRIOR ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH OF A CERTAIN PARCEL LOCATED AT NORTH SEACREST BOULEVARD AND GATEWAY BOULEVARD, TO BE USED SOLELY FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES, WHICH PARCEL IS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has deemed it to be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City to accept a certain parcel located at North Seacrest Boulevard and Gateway Boulevard, to be used solely for public purposes, to wit, the leasing of the parcel to the Boyn~on Beach Community Development Corporation to be used for their headquarters. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TI{E CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute any and all documents necessary to effect the prior acceptance by the City of Boynton Beach of a certain parcel located at North Seacrest Boulevard and Gateway Boulevard, to be used solely for public purposes, to wit, the leasing of the parcel to the Boynton Beach Community Development Corporation to be used for their headquarters, which parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
