8 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN TH CITY OF
9 BOYNTON BEACH AND THE TOWN OF FSTREAM
10 REGARDING ANNEXATION OF UNI ORPORATED
11 PROPERTY ON THE BARRIER ISLAND; AND
12 PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

15 WHEREAS, on September 7, 2004, the C Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
16 via Resolution 04 -154, approved and author' ed an Interlocal Agreement between the City o
17 P Boynton Beach and the Town of Gulfstr- : regarding the annexation of unincorporated property
18 on the barrier island; and
19 WHEREAS, the To of Gulfstream has requested Resolution 04 -154 and the
20 corresponding Interlocal A: eement be rescinded; and
21 WHEREAS, t • e City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, upon recommendatio
22 of staff, deems it o be in the best interests of the residents and citizens of the City of Boynto
23 Beach to res nd Resolution 04 -154 which approved the Interlocal Agreement between the Ci
2 of Boy on Beach and the Town of Gulfstream regarding annexation of unincorporated propert
25 on e barrier island.
2. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TH
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
