A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND
GENE B. GLICK COMPANY, INC., REGARDING
THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF MINER
ROAD; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach has reached an agreement
with Gene B. Glick Company, Inc., (GLICK), which Agreement provides
for GLICK, to pay to the City of Boynton Beach Seventy-Nine
Thousand, One Hundred Twenty-Four and no/100 ($79,124.00) Dollars
to be applied toward design and construction costs of Miner Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an Agreement between the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida and Gene B. Glick Company, Inc., said Agreement
being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
