A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, RATIFYING THE
ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD ON
JANUARY 20, 1994, AS FURTHER SET OUT IN
ATTACHMENT "A" HERETO; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment
& Disposal Board (SCRWTDB) requests ratification of the
actions taken by the Board on January 20, 1994, as further set
out in Attachment "A" hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C09IMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach~, Florida, does hereby ratify the actions taken by the
South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment & Disposal Board
on January 20, 1994, and authorizes and directs the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute said ratification.
