A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A WATER SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND DOMENICO MIGNANO AND MARIA
MIGNANO, HIS WIFE; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the subject property is located on the east side of
Military Trail, south of Golf Road; and
WHEREAS, as part of the City's distribution improvement
program, the Utility Department recently extended a 12-inch water
main southward along the west side of Military Trail across the
above property; and '
WHEREAS, the Miqnano's now desire approval to connect to this
main by installing a water main across Military Trail at their own
expense;
WHEREAS, this agreement is for potable water service only at
this time
WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of staff, the City Commission
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, deems it to be in the best
interests of the citizens and residents of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida to execute a Water Service Agreemen~ between the
City of Boynton Beach and Domenico and Maria Mignano;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a Water Service Agreement between the City
of Boynton Beach and Domenico and Maria Mignano, said Agreement
being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall become
immediately upon passage.
