A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE LETTER OF
CREDIT NO. P4855, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$125,000, ISSUED BY SUNBANK, TO ROYAL
MANOR MOBILE HOME ESTATES; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a Letter of Credit, No. P4855 in the amount of
$125,000.00 was issued by SunBank in order to ensure the completion
of the installation of sewer improvements that allowed connection
of Royal Manor Mobile Home Esta%es to the City's sanitary sewer
system; and
WHEREAS, the owner has now completed the sewer system,
furnished the City with a Bill of Sale, Warranty, Easement and
Title to the Lift Station site, and connected to the City's System;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby authorizes release of the Letter of Credit
No. P4855, in the amount of $125,000.00, issued by SunBank to Royal
Manor Mobile Home Estates.
Section 2. This Resolution
immediately upon passage.
