$ WHEREAS, in Nov mber, 2011, the City Co mission held discussions regarding
15 the hiring and training practic- s of the City of oynton Beach Police Department and
111 directed the Interim City Manage' ,to seek pr' posals for potential further review of those
1$ practices; and
10 WHEREAS, City staff sough .r..osals based on the discussions in November; and
WHEREAS, upon reco endation ,f staff, the City Commission has determined
*1 that it is in the best interests the residents of th< City to enter into a Consultant Agreement
between the City of Bo, nton Beach and RCultu s, Inc., in an amount not to exceed
*3 $21,600.00, for the p '.ose of providing an organizatio al cultural assessment of the City of
*4 Boynton Beach Po. ice Department.
*5 NOW, HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
