Mayor Roberts called the Special meeting to order at 10:50 A. M. for
the express purpose of eonsideming Proposed Resolution No. 75-y.

BEACH COUNTy, FLORIDA, TO CAHSE THE CONTINUATION OF
CONGP~ssS' W. 15thAVENHE.,~AVENuE WESTWARD FROM THE 1-95 OVERPASS TO
Vice Mayor DeLong requested that a roll call be taken.

Mr. Kohl reported that Mr. Harmening had called in and SEated that he
would not be in attendance.
Mr. Federspiel, from the Office of City Attorney Ernest Simon, read
the above mentioned resolution in its entirety.
Vice Mayor DeLong moved ro adopt Resolution No. 75-y. Motion Seconded
by Councilman Strnad. Under discussion Councilwoman 2ackson said the
Right of Way had been deeded to the County in 1970.
