FLORIDA, AMENDING OPdDINANCE NO. 78-34 TO
PROVIDEFOR AN AMENDED E[$~IMATE OF REVENLrE

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, an appropriations ordinance, being Ordinance No.
78-34, was heretofore passed and adopted by the City Council of
said City, adopting s b~dget showing revenue of the City from all
sources and the estimated expenditures to the varzous purposes
for the ensuing fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Ordinance
No. 78-34, the City of Boynton Beach had unappropriated Federal
Revenue Sharing in the amount of $5,320.00 in the form of Anti-
Recession Fiscal Assistance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City deems it
essential to appropriate the said amount of 85,320.00 to various
departments as hereinafter provided.
NOW THEPdEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA.:
Section 1: That the estimated revenue of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby increased by
the amount of $5,320.00 received from the said Anti-Recession
Fiscal Assistance Program of the Federal Government.
