AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDAj
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 75-19 OF SAID CITY BY REZON-
ING PARCELS LOCATED IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH,
RANGE 43 EAST~ OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH
COUNTY~ FLORIDA, FROM ZONE AGRICULTURAL TO ZONE C-3~
PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE~ REPEALING PROVISION, AN
EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
:LORIDA, HAS HERETOFORE ADOPTED ORDINANCE No, 75-19 IN WHICH A
REVISED ZONING MAP WAS ADOPTED FOR SAID CITY; AND
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL DEEMS IT TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST:
OF THE INHABITANTS OF SAID CITY TO AMEND THE SAID REVISED ZONING
MAP AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CII
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
S~CTION 1: THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BE AND THE SAME
IS HEREBY REZONED FROM ZONE AGRICULTURAL TO ZONE C-3: SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE
~ 2: THE SAID REVISED ZONING MAP OF THE CITY SHALL BE
AMENDED ACCORDINGLY,
SECTION 3: SEPARABILITY: EACH OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
ORDINANCE IS SEPARABLE, INCLUDING WORDj CLAUSE, PHRASE OR SENTENCE,
AND IF ANY PORTION THEREOF SHALL BE DECLARED INVALID, THE REMAINING
PORTION SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED BUT SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND
EFFECT,
SECTION 4~ REPEALING PROVISION: ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH ARE HEREBY REPEALED,
SECTION 5: AN EFFECTIVE DATE~ THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFPECTIVE IN THE MANNER AND AT THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW,
