AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING PLAT OF HUNTER'S RUN GOLF & RACQUET CLUB;
PROVIDING FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSEr REPEALING
PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1:

That it is hereby determined that the proposed
Run Golf & Racquet Club, heretofore submitted
to the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for
approval, complies with all requirements of the Charter and
Ordinances of said City, and same is hereby approved, subject to
developer filing with the City Clerk a performance and co~®letion
bond in the total amount of $800,000.00, insuring that improve-
ments within said area are installed, completed and paid for.
Section 2: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sen-
tence, and if any portion hereto shall be declared invalid, the
remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full
force and effect.
