BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1: That Federal Insurance Administration F~ood Insur- ance Rate Map Community number Panel ~1201-96-000-5B, now on file in the office of the Building Official of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida; is hereby approved and adopted for the purpose of establishing flood zones within the munmclpal limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and in connection therewith, mmnmmum requirements for construction of improvements located within said zones attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby adopted. Section 2: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code. Section 3: Separability: Each of the nance ~reseparable, including word, clause, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the portion shall not be affected but shall remain mn full force and effect. Section 4: Repealing Provision: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
