AN ORDINANCE OF-THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 78-34 TO
PROVIDE FOR AN AMENDED ESTIMATE OF REVENI/E
AND EXPENSES FOR TIlE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1978 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER' 30, 1979~
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of. the city of Boynton
Beach, Florida, an appropriatzons ordinance, being Ordinance No.
78-34~ was heretofore passed and adopted by the city Council of
s~i~ CitY, adopting a budget showing revenue of the city from all
and the estimated expenditures to the various purposes
for the ensuing fiscal year; and
~/EREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said. Ordinance
No. 78-34, the city of Boynton Beach had unappropriated Federal
Revenue Sharing in the amount of $10,269.00 in the form of Anti-
Recession Fiscal Assistance; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of said City deems it essen-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OEDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
