AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-19 OF SAID CITY BY RE-
ZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN SECTION
32, .TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST~ PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HERE-
INAFTER, FROM R-1AA TO PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DEVEL-
OPMENT (PID) DISTRICT, PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISION~ AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR
OT~ER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boyn~on Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a
Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City~ and
WEEREAS,S~Jf JARVIS, agen5 for owners, has heretofore
filed an application with the City of Boyn~on Beach, Florida;
pursuant to Section 31~1 of the Codified Ordinance of Said City,
for the purpose of obtaining rezonmng of certain property consis-
ting of approximately 36.2 acres located within the Municipal
limits of said City, said property being more particularly de-
scribed hereinafter, from Zone R-1AA to Planned Industrial Devel-
opment (PID) District as more particularly set forth in said
application and plans and specifications relative thereto, all of
which items are now l~ file in the office of the City Planner; and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Boyn~on Beach, Florida, has heretofore approved said development
plans and ~pecifications and has recommended approval thereof by
the City Council subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has thoroughlyTexamine~ the
aforesaid developmen~ plan and specifications relative thereto:
and has received favorable recommendations and approval of said
projecr from the City Manager and City Planner~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best
interests of the inhabitants of the s~id City to amend the afore-
said Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW~ THEREFORe, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following described land located in

Section 2: The aforesaid Revised Zoning Map of the City
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 3: That the

hereby granted for the purpose of permitting the
developmenn of said land as a Planned Industrial Development (PID)
in specific accordance with development plans and specifications
therefore now on file in the office of the City Planner in the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and all requirements, terms, and
conditions established and set forth in minuues of the Municipal
Planning and Zoning Board and the City Council of the City of
Boynton Beach pertaining to the review and approval of said appli-
cation which minutes are hereby made s part hereof rom reference.
Except as provided herein, the applicant shall proceed in
strict accordance with all ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach
including, but not limited to, its building, electricalr plumbing,
subdivision, planning and zoning codes.
Section 4: _Separability: Bach of the provisions of this
Ordinanc-= is separablef including word, clause, phrase or senti=ncc
and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remainin
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 5: Repealin__g Provision: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in coDflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 6: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be-
come effective in the manner and au the time provided by law.
