AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-19 OF
SAID CITY BY REZONING PARCELS LOCATED IN
SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST,
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM ZONE R-iAAA ~0 ZONE C-3; PRO-
VIDING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVI-
SION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a
?Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in
interests of the inhabitants of said City to amend
Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described property located in

same is hereby rezoned from Zone R-iAAA to Zone C-3:

and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remalnin
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.

Repealin9 Provision: Ail Ordinances of parts
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall
effective in the manner and at the time provided by Law.
