AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-19 OF SAID CITY BY RE-
ZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF L~ND LOCATED IN SECTION
8 , TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST, PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICUAARL~ DESCRIBED HERE-
INAFTER, FRQM R1AAA TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
(PUD) DISTRICT WITH LAND USE INTENSITY (LUI) of 4;
PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISION,
AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHHR PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has herstofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a
Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said ~ity; and
WHEREAS, F & R BUILDERS have heretofore filed an app!icaa~
ti6~owith the City of Boynton Beach, Florida; pursuant to Section
31-1 of the Codified Ordinances of said City, for the purpose~of
obtaining rezoning of certain property consisting of approximately
229 acres located within the Municipal limits of said City, said
property being more particularly described hereinafter, from Zone
R1AAA to Planned Unit Developmenr (PUD) District as more particu-
larly set forth in said application and plans and specifications
relative thereto, including
BOYNTON LAKES, all of which
the City Planner; and
the proposed development plan of
items are now ~n file in the office of
WHEREAS, Th~ Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida~ has heretofore approved ~id developmen~
plansand specifications and has recommended approval thereof by
the City Council subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has thoroughly examined the afore~
said development plan and specifications relative thereto, and has
received favorable recommendations and
from the City Manager and City Planner;
UHEREAS, the City Council deems

es~ of the inhabitants of the said City to amend the aforesaid
Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the following described land located in

of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
