PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISION~ AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a
Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best
interestsoof the inhabitants of said City to amend the said Revised
Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
~HE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACE~ FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described property located in
the City of Boynton Beach, Pal~ Beach County, Florida, Be and the
sam~ is hereby rezoned from Zone R-1AAA to Zone C-3:
See attached schedule.
Section 2: The said Revised Zoning Map of the City
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance ~s separabte~ including word, clause, phrase or sentence
and if ~ny portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the rem.a~nino
portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
Section 4: Repealihg Provision: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: An Effective Date: This ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and. at the time provided by law.
