BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP BOYNTON BEACH, FLOR! DA: Section 1: That it is hereby detemmined that the proposed plat of CHRISTIAN VILLAS PLAT NO. 1, hemetofore submitted to the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for approval, pur- suant to the Charter and the Ordinances of the said City, does meet all requirements of the City and, accordingly, is hereby approved. Sectien 2: Authority .~o Codilfy: Specific ~authority is hereby granted to eodify and incompomate this Ordinance in the CityTs existing Cede. Section 3: SeparabiliTy: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance is separable~ including word, clause, phrase or sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full fomee and effect. Section 4: Repealing Provision: Ail ordinanees or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 5: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall become effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
