FLOP~DA, AMENDING ORDI~ANCENO. 77-25 TO
PROVIDE FOR AMENDED EST TE OF REVERE
AND EXPENSES FOR THE F~ScAL YEAR BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1977 AND ENDING SEPT~IBER 30, 1978.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Charter of the City of Boynton.
Beach, Florida, an appropriations ordinance, being Ordinance No.
77-25, was heretofore passed and adopted by the Cit~ Council of
said City, adopting a budget showing revenue o~ the. City from
all sources and the estimated expenditures to the various purposes
for the ensuing fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of said Ordinance
No. 77-25, the City of Boynton Beach anticipates receiving an
additional $11,000.00 in the form of Water Connection Charges in
the Water and Sewer Utility Fund,
revenue of the City accordingly;
WHEREAS,
