AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACHr
FLORIDA, EXTENDING THE MUNICIPAL TERRITORIAL
LIMITS OF SAID CITY BY THE ANI~EXATION OF A
CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED TRACT OF LAND LYING
CONTIGUOUS THEP~TO AND WITHIN PALM BEACH
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT: PROPERTY LOCATED
IN SECTION 1~ TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH~ RANGE 42
EAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREINAFTER:
REDEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY TO
INCLUDE SAID LAND: REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERAWNITH:
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, SAVINGS
CLAUSE, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section !: That the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, hereby annexes the tract of land more particularl
described as follows:
The northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the north-
west quarter (NW 1/4) of the northeast quarter
(NE 1/4) of Section 1, Township 46 South,
Range 42 East, less and except the north 40
feet thereof;
to the municipal territorial limits of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida.
Section 2: That upon annexation, subject property shall
be zoned PUD in conjunction with approved plan submitted by owner}
SU~4IT ASSOCIATES, LTD. Specific authority is hereby granted to
codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing code
Section 3: That the territorial boundaries of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, are hereby redefined so as to include
the above-described property.
Section 4: Repealing Provision: All ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 5: Separability: Each of the provisions of this
ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence,
and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid, the remain-
ing portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force
and effect.

Section 6: Effective Date: This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
