DATE AND FOR OTHE~ PURPOSES.
D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Section 7, I, 1, c,
Zoning Regulations which read as follows:
"c. A traffic impact analysis performed by traffic
engineer or a competent registered professional
engineer trained for this function. When deter-
mined by the city engineer and/or the planning and
zoning board to be necessary for the development
of the PID.~';
is hereby repealed.
Section 2: That Section 9, C, 5, g, Appendix A, of the
Zoning Regulations which reads as follo~,Fs:
~g. Any other reasonable information which may be
required from time to time by the planning and
zoning board and the city council which is commen-
surate with the intent and purpose of this
ordinance.";
is hereby repealed.
Section 3: Authority_ to Codify: Specific authority ~s
hereby granted no codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the
City's existing Code.
Section 4: Separability: Each of the provisions of
this Ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
Appendix A, of the
full force and effect.
Section 5: Repealing Provision: Ail ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 6: An Effective Date: This Ordinance shall
become effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
