AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACB~
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-19 OF
SAID CITY BY REZONING PORTION OF PARCEL "C",
PLAT OF TENTH SECTION OF PALM BEACH
LEISUREVILLE, FROM ZONE R1AA TO ZONE C-1
PROVIDING FOR SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING
PROVISION, AN ~EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Counsel of the City of Boynton Beach~
Florida, has heretofore adopted Ordinance No. 75-19 in which a
Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best
interests of the inhabitants of said City to amend the said
Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COb~CIL OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACE~ FLORIDA:
Section 1: The following described property located
in the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, be and
the same is hereby rezoned from Zone R1AA to Zone
See attached description.
Section 2: The said Revised Zoning Map of the City
shall be amended accordingly.
Section 3: Separa_ ~ility: Bach of the provisions of
this Ordinance is separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereo~ shall be dedtared invalid,
the remainzng portion shall not be affected but shall remain in
full force and effect.
