AN ORDINANCE OF T~E CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING FILING FEES FOR
PROCESSING OF APPLICATIONS FOR ZONING
CHANGES OR OTHER RELIEF FROM TEE ORDINANCES,
RESOLUTIONSv AND CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTONBEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, SAVINGS CLAUSE,
REPEALING PROVISION, AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That in connection with processing of
applications for zoning changes, variances, or other r~lief
from the zoning codes, building codesr or other ordinances,
resolutions, or the charter of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida
the following revised schedule of fees is hereby established:
(a) Amend Section 25-31,(a), (2) of the codified
ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach to
establish fee at $100.00 per application;
(b) Amend Section 9-C of the codified ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach to establish
fee at $300.00 per application;
(c) Amend Section 10-F of the codified ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach to establish
fee at $150.00 per application; ~ ~>'
(d) Amend Section 11.2, C-1 of the codified
ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach to
establish fee at $300.00 per application~
(e) Amend Section 76-X of the codified ordinances
of the City of Boynton Beach to establish fee
at $300.00 per application
Section 2: Authority to Cod~ifyk Specific authority
is hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in
the City's existin~ Code.
Section 3: Separability: Each of the provisions of
this Ordinance ~s separable, including word, clause, phrase or
sentence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid,
the remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain ~n
full force and effect.
