AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING PLAT OF SKY LAKE SUBDIVISION, PROVIDING
FURTHER FOR A SAVINGS CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISION,
AN EFPECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTITER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
i~EACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That it is hereby determined that the
~lat of Sky Lake Subdivision, heretofore submitted to the
BOYNTON
proposed
City
louncil of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for approval,
complies with all requirements of the Charter and Ordinances of
said City, and same is hereby approved· subject to developer
filing with the City Clerk a performance and completion bond in
the total amount of $261,150.00, insuring that improvements within
said area are installed, completed and paid for.
Section 2: S~parability: Each of the provisions of this
)rdinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence
na if any portion hereto shall be declared invalid, the remaining
)ortion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
~ffect.
Section 3: Repealing Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4: An Effective Date: This ordinance shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided in the Charter and
Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
