AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH-
FLORIDA, ELIMINATING NECESSITY OF SITE PLAN
REVIEW BY PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD AND CITY
COUNCIL WITH RELATIONSHIP TO COMMERCIAL
BUILDING PROJECTS I~OLVING $100,000 OR LESS
IN CONSTRUCTION COSTS: PROVIDING FOR
AUTHORITY TO CODIFY SAVINGS CLAUSE, P~EPEALING
PROVISIONS, EFFECTIVE DATE AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That with regard to all commercial
building projects within the City, involving $100,000 or less
in construction costs, applications for such projects shall be
processed administratively by the Technical Review Board and
the Municipal Building Department without the necessity of
review or approval by the Municipal Planninq and Zoning Board
and/or the City Council.
Section 2: Authority to Codify:
